OUR TEAM The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the body of conception, orientation and decision. It has the power to control the execution of the budget by the Executive Secretariat and to carry out an internal audit of the accounts of “GAPDI”. Its competence covers everything that is not in the attributions of the General Assembly
The supervisory commission
The supervisory commission is the internal organ of the association charged with verifying, controlling and monitoring the financial management and the patrimony as well as the respect of the regulatory texts governing the organization. The supervisory commission meets in ordinary session once the semester, it can meet in extraordinary session at the request of the Board of Directors.
The Executive Secretariat
The Executive Secretariat is the executive body that ensures the daily management of “GAPDI” as well as the execution and implementation of all decisions of the General Assembly and the directives of the Board of Directors. It communicates to the Coordination’s the directives and instructions intended to ensure the proper functioning of the services.
Coordination
Coordination is the permanent executive body of GAPDI at the local level. She coordinates projects and supervises activities in her area of action. It ensures the daily management as well as the implementation of the decisions and orientations of the Board of Directors and the instructions of the Executive Secretariat.
